This simplicity is complemented by finishes drawing on a variety of influences, ranging from contemporary to the most classic, punctuated by colourful and unexpected touches that lend the space a more relaxed feel.
Wallpapers, textures and finishes thus follow one another to define the different spaces, without ever disrupting their continuity.
The client’s wish was to use only natural materials, including linen, which was used extensively for the upholstery and blinds. Each material was chosen to create a subtle blend of modern and baroque styles.
The bedroom, with its unique and unconventional style, features wild silk from Dedar for the Dior-style pleats on the bed’s headboard, which harmonise with the colour of the SHEHERAZADE wallpaper from Maison Pierre Frey. The overall effect achieves its harmony and elegance through the details of the bespoke headboard.
